If It’s Too Big or Tight

• Use a file or fine sandpaper to carefully shave down the sides until it fits snugly.
• Take your time – precision is key to achieving the right fit.

If It’s Too Small or Loose

• Allow a small buildup of resin around the hole to help hold the Tar Trap in place.
• Alternatively, use a slender nail and gently hammer a tiny dent into the side of the Tar Trap to create a welt for a better fit. Adding a second dent on the opposite side may further improve stability.
